Duet Sessions
These classes are for two people with one teacher, working with the large and small apparatus including mat repertoire. These sessions are highly personalised programmes.

Semi Private Equipment Classes
These classes have a maximum of 4 people with one teacher working with the large and small apparatus plus floor repertoire. The sessions can be personalised programming or group formatting, depending on individual needs.

Initial Assessment - the first session
Your first session will be a one hour private assessment with Helen where you will fill out your health questionnaire. Your posture and movement patterns are assessed along with your flexibility, joint stability and range of movements, muscle tone etc. Here you will learn how to engage and work towards developing strong core muscles. A programme is designed to complement your specific needs.
Please bring any medical or physiotherapist reports to this session.

Group Matwork with small apparatus classes

Designed to be a mind/body workout using your own body as resistance along with small apparatus such as Pilates barres, rollers, fitballs etc. The focus is on good technique, body and movement awareness. The aim is to target not only the larger muscles, but the smaller deeper muscles too! You will get in touch with your abs, arms, buttocks and legs! Work your back muscles with specific exercises which are safe and effective. The benefits are a toned and leaner body, better posture, improved flexibility and mobility. Feel great and leave with a clear mind and a smile on your face!
